CFC Tribe Ministry

CHOW Family Connection (CFC) is the relationship and connection ministry of CHOW designed to help every person find community, build meaningful relationships, and feel like they belong. CFC exists so that no one gets lost in the crowd. Through Tribes, members are connected to a smaller community where they can receive encouragement, develop friendships, grow spiritually, and discover opportunities to serve.

At CHOW, we believe church is more than attending services—it’s becoming part of a family. CFC creates intentional pathways for people to connect, engage, and thrive through fellowship, support, prayer, and shared experiences. Whether you are new to CHOW or have been attending for years, CFC helps you build authentic relationships and take your next step in your faith journey.

What Is a Tribe?

A connection community within CHOW built around fellowship, unity, and support.
Led by a Tribe Leader who helps members get connected.
A safe and welcoming environment to build spiritual community and friendships.

GET CONNECTED

We are here to serve by keeping you connected! Each CFC Tribal Leader is committed to serving you in the spirit of excellence as unto the Lord. During the first 90 days, participants can expect:

Personal contact from their Tribe Leader.
Invitations to connection opportunities and fellowship gatherings.
Introductions to potential friendships.
Guidance toward church involvement, groups, and serving opportunities.

STAY CONNECTED

To stay connected to your new Church-Family, you are expected to support and to show love to your Tribal Leader and community.

We understand that everyone has busy schedules, however the Lord desires that we make time for HIM and for our neighbors. The following is a list of expectations from you to your Tribe:

Intentionally get to know your Tribal leader and Tribe members.
Participate in building community.
Contact your Tribal leader if you are sick or having surgery. They will pray for you and inform the Senior Pastors as well.
Respond to communication from your Tribe Leader.
Attend at least one Tribe connection event within your first 30 days.
Take a next step within 90 days (Welcome Connect, New Member Orientation, Small Group, or Serving Team)
Attend Church regularly for Sunday Worship Service, trainings, and events.
Stay informed about church announcements, events, and opportunities for involvement.
Maintain a spirit of unity and honor.
Keep your contact information current.
